This product combines the strength and features of PhoenixTough with the added safety features of a laminated product in so far as providing safety, security, solar control, sound dampening features and bolted assembly’s.
When using toughened safety glass in the configuration the laminate is able to remain intact after breakage because it holds the glass shards together, coupled to displaying enhanced protection from a human impact point of view. This product can and should be recommended over the use of fully tempered panels (depending on the glazing application and or safety concerns)
